than necessary, larger motors and engines than it needs, by far. Why do we
do it? So that your machine never works hard and lasts a lot longer than an
under-built, over-stressed machine.
Warranty - Cost Savings
We set the standard for the industry! Some of our competition offers a one year
warranty on parts and 90 days on labor. However, Desco has a 2 year limited warranty
on parts and matches that with 2 years on labor. That is how much we believe in
our products. No one else comes close. All Kohler engines come with a 2 year
warranty and 3 year warranty on all our hydraulics. If you have a warranty
problem, call us first! We will deal with it immediately.
For example, if at anytime during the warranty period, anything goes wrong with the
hydraulics, call us. We will request that you take it to the best hydraulic shop in
your area. Then we will trouble shoot the problem over the phone and pay for all the
parts & labor in accordance with our warranty. There are thousands of Desco tire cutters and de-rimmers working throughout the
world. Each one is contributing to each individual company?s bottom line.
